1. Ticket Sales and Finality
All ticket purchases for Beautiful Game events are strictly non-refundable. Patrons are kindly requested to verify their availability and commitment prior to completing any transaction, as purchases cannot be reversed once confirmed.
2. Event Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the rare event that a Beautiful Game fixture or gathering is cancelled, our primary objective is to preserve your experience.
Rescheduling: We will endeavour to reorganise the event at the earliest opportunity. In such cases, your existing tickets will automatically remain valid for the newly appointed date and time.
Refund Provisions: We fully appreciate that rescheduled dates may occasionally conflict with personal commitments. Therefore, if an event is cancelled and you are unable or do not wish to attend the rearranged date, a full refund will be issued.
Processing Period: Approved refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 60 days of the official cancellation announcement.
3. Personal Responsibility, Health, and Safety
Attendee Welfare: Attendees participate in and attend all Beautiful Game events entirely at their own risk. Individual health, safety, and personal wellbeing are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder.
Punctuality and Travel: Guests are entirely responsible for making their own travel arrangements and ensuring timely arrival at the venue. Beautiful Game accepts no liability for any delays, missed connections, or failure to arrive on time.
4. Refreshments
Unless explicitly stated otherwise within the official promotional material for a specific event, food and beverages are not included in the ticket price. Independent catering facilities may be available on-site at the attendee's own expense.
